【春天佇陀位】是一首非常可愛的兒童歌謠,班上小朋友下課時也哼唱個不停呢!

發下高分子粉末,雖然這是無毒不污染的化學品,大家還是要按照流程操作哦!
首先我們先閱讀學習單,了解所有步驟流程以及所需要的材料。
在1/4水杯當中加入兩湯匙的吸水高分子,我們看看有什麼變化.......

攪拌一下......1~2~3....哇!才幾秒鐘,水變得不一樣了!
這人造雪花感覺像是果凍耶!
緯緯這杯的水分沒那麼多,慢慢有剉冰的感覺!
倒一點出來,觀察看看像不像雪花?摸起來有沒有涼涼的?
哇!不到三秒鐘,我們的雪花全部融化了!
接著我們加入兩匙的鹽,繼續觀察剛剛的雪花起了什麼變化?
是不是很像下雪後多日,路上的雪地融化的情景呢?
今天了解了質量守恆定律後,進行簡單的小測驗。
放在窗台上等數日之後陽光普照,水分被蒸發,我們來觀察是否有人造雪花再度出現。

這一節課,我們藉由老師給的講義還搭配投影機,可以欣賞馬來西亞、韓國、日本明星們,和他們新年不同的服裝。
我們寫的成品很可愛吧!希望羊年事事如意!

add 2 tablespoons of yeast onto our flour mixture
add 2 tablespoons of sugar
2 Cups of hot water
Add a quarter cup of oil~
Now, we need to mix it all until all ingredients are well combined

Instead of the traditional way, we use the leavening function in the oven to let the dough rise!
