Do you guys want to learn how to chop vegetables the right way?
Then we press our finger tips against the food we are about to chop.

We have some salt and pepper for seasoning.
In goes all the healthy goodies!
Use a spoon to whisk.

Now add a bit of oil in the center of the pan.
Evenly spread the oil around the pan by tilting the pan left to right.
Then add a bit of the mixture into the pan first.
Add the rest in.
